Supreme Court Blocks Trump, Again

Early Saturday, the Supreme Court temporarily blocked the criminal Trump regime from using the Alien Enemies Act to rapidly deport migrants from parts of Texas to El Salvador.

The emergency order halts the deportations while the Court considers an urgent appeal filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which raised alarms about the potential for imminent deportation (rendition) flights.

Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, the two most corrupt members of the Court, dissented from the decision (big surprise).

On Friday, the ACLU also petitioned several courts to step in immediately, warning that Venezuelan migrants could face life sentences in the notorious Salvadoran mega-prison, which is being used as Trump’s first concentration camp, without judicial review.

“The Government is directed not to remove any member of the putative class of detainees from the United States until further order of this Court,” the Supreme Court’s order stated.
